소아영상의학과

전북대학교 어린이병원 소아영상의학과는 X-선검사, 초음파검사, 전산화 단층촬영(CT), 자기공명 영상(MRI), 혈관 조영술 등의 각종 영상검사를 통해 질병의 진단과 진료 자문을 시행하고 있으며, 초음파 유도하 조직생검 및 배액술 등의 중재적 시술을 담당하고 있습니다. 영상 검사들은 소아와 청소년의 나이 특성을 고려하여 운영하며, 특히 방사선을 사용하는 검사의 경우 가능한 최소한의 방사선량을 사용하여 영상을 획득하고 있습니다. 소아영상의학과에서는 항상 최첨단의 영상 장비로 안전하고 적절한 검사가 이루어지도록 하고 있으며, 의료 영상 저장전달 시스템(PACS)을 기반으로 각종 영상 정보의 처리, 보관 및 전송 등의 영상 정보 지원 업무도 담당하고 있습니다.

The Department of Pediatric Radiology at Jeonbuk National University Children's Hospital provides diagnosis and medical advice through various diagnostic imaging such as X-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and angiography as well as interventional procedures such as ultrasound-guided biopsy and drainage. Diagnostic imaging is operated in consideration of the age of children and adolescents, and images are acquired using the minimum amount of radiation possible, especially for examinations using radiation. The Department of Pediatric Radiology always ensures safe and appropriate examination with state-of-the-art imaging equipment and is also in charge of support such as processing, storage, and transmission of various imaging informati on based on the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
