소아정형외과는 성장기의 어린이와 청소년에게 발생하는 팔다리와 척추의 질환, 신경 근육성 질환 및 근골격계 종양에 대한 진단, 치료, 예방에 관한 내용을 다루는 정형외과의 한 분야입니다. 청소년 척추 측만증, LCP 병 (특발성 연소기 대퇴 골두 무혈성 괴사증), 선천성 고관절 탈구, 대퇴골 골단 분리증, 보행 이상, 휜 다리 교정, 평발 및 선천성 만곡족, 뇌성마비, 근골격 종양, 기타 소아에서 발생 가능한 팔이나 다리의 선천성 기형 및 변형을 진료하고 있습니다.

Pediatric orthopaedic surgery is a branch of orthopaedic surgery that deals with diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases of the limbs and spine, neuromuscular diseases and musculoskeletal tumors that occur in growing children and adolescents. Adolescents scoliosis, LCPD (idiopathic juvenile femoral head necrosis), developmental dysplasia of the hip, slipped capital femoral epiphysis, limping gait, correcting genu varum and genu valgum, flat foot, cavus, congenital club foot, cerebral palsy, musculoskeletal tumors, and other deformity and malformation of the upper and lower extremity are treated.
