전북대학교 어린이병원의 소아 혈액 종양 분과의 의료진은 “항상 열려있는 진료실을 실천하기 위해 평일에는 항상 외래가 열려있습니다.
전북대학교 어린이병원은 전북 지역 어린이와 청소년의 암과 혈액 질환 진단과 치료에 중요한 역할을 해왔습니다. 대표적인 질병으로는
급성 백혈병, 재생 불량성 빈혈, 골수 형성 이상, 신경 모세포종, 윌름스 종양, 골육종, 유잉 육종, 빈혈, 혈소판 감소증 및 혈우병이 있습니다. 이런 소아청소년 질환의 진단과 치료를 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 물론 다른 병원에서 치료를 받고 계시더라도 상담 및 치료를 위한
치료도 제공합니다. 소아청소년을 위한 최첨단 무균 병상 및 주사실과 전문 간호팀을 제공하여 감염 취약 어린이에게 안전한 환경을
제공합니다.
사회 복지실과 병원 학교는 학생들이 치료 기간 동안 공부를 계속하고 다양한 활동을 통해 치료 기간을 극복하고 성공적으로 사회에 복귀할 수 있도록 다각적인 지원을 제공합니다.
또한 어린이와 청소년을 위한 완화 치료에서 생명을 위협하는 질병으로 치료를 받고 있는 환자와 그 가족에게 작은 위로와 의료적 도움을 제공하기 위해 협력하고 있습니다.

Our medical staff at the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Department conduct outpatient treatment every weekday with the aim of wide open treatment. Chonbuk National University Children's Hospital has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and blood disorders in children and adolescents in the Jeonbuk region. Representative diseases include acute leukemia, aplastic anemia, myelodysplasia, neuroblastoma, Wilms' tumor, osteosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma, anemia, thrombocytopenia, and hemophilia. Of course, even if you are receiving treatment at another hospital, we also provide treatment for counseling and treatment. We provide a safe environment for children vulnerable to infection by providing a state-of-the-art sterile hospital bed and injection room for children and a nursing team skilled in hemato-oncologic disease of children and adolescents to manage their children. Social work offices and hospital schools provide multifaceted support so that students can continue their studies during the treatment period, overcome the treatment period through various activities, and successfully return to society. In addition, we work together to provide small comfort as well as medical help to patients and their families who are being treated as a life-threatening disease in palliative care for children and adolescents.
