The Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine is to minimize the effects of illness or disability on children¡¯ development, and induce normal development of children by early identifying and treating children who have developmental disorders caused by congenital and acquired diseases. These children are suffering from various childhood disorder, for example developmental delay, cerebral palsy, myelodysplasia, muscular dystrophy, traumatic brain injury, and other neurologic and orthopedic problems. Rehabilitation therapy helps normal development and appropriate motor function through physical therapy, occupational therapy, cognitive therapy, speech & language therapy and associated evaluations.
